The monthly plan
The monthly plan costs A$49.99 per month. It gives you 300 marked questions each month.
A marked question is one answer that our AI marking has scored. For each one you get:
- a score from 0 to 10
- a one-line summary
- what you did well and what to add
- the text of what you said
- a stronger answer that you can listen to
You can use your marked questions in General Practice, Skills Practice, Real-Life Scenarios and the Mock Interview.
Top-ups
A top-up gives you extra marked questions. There are two sizes:
- 50 marked questions for A$19.99
- 100 marked questions for A$29.99
A top-up helps when your interview is close and you want more practice. Top-up questions last 12 months.
What counts as a marked question
A question counts only when it is marked. That means you gave an answer and you got a score with feedback.
These never count:
- "We did not hear an answer". If nothing is heard, no question is used. You can try the same question again.
- Failed marking. If the marking does not work, the question is not counted.
- Multiple-choice questions. These are marked right or wrong straight away, with no AI marking.

What happens to unused questions
Monthly questions do not roll over. If you do not use all 300 in a month, the rest are not added to the next month.
Top-up questions last 12 months. You do not have to use them in the same month.
Cancelling
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time. You keep your access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Refunds in short
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first monthly payment, or within 7 days of buying a top-up. You must have used 10 or fewer marked questions from that payment.

Who you will pay
When payments open, the plan and the top-ups will be sold and processed by Red Migration FZC, a company in the United Arab Emirates. Payments will go through Stripe, a company that handles online card payments.
InterviewTraining.ai is operated by Comingwave in Sydney, Australia.

Are you a migration agent, a registered training organisation or an employer? You can buy seats for your candidates. The price depends on the number of seats.

Can I pay today?
No. Payments are not open yet. You can create an account and practise now.
Does "We did not hear an answer" use a marked question?
No. If nothing is heard, no question is used. Your place stays on that question, so you can try it again or skip it.
Do Picture Quiz questions use my marked questions?
No. Multiple-choice questions never use marked questions. This covers the Picture Quiz, Interview Presence, Living & Working Here and the two choice questions in each scenario.
How many marked questions does a Mock Interview use?
One for each answer that is marked. You choose a Mock Interview of 10, 15, 20 or 25 questions before you start.
Do unused monthly questions carry over?
No. Monthly questions do not roll over to the next month. Top-up questions are different. They last 12 months.
What happens when I cancel?
Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. You can cancel at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in some cases. You can ask within 7 days of your first monthly payment or a top-up. You must have used 10 or fewer marked questions from it. See the refund policy.
