Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

InterviewTraining.ai is owned and operated by Comingwave, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Please read these terms carefully. They set out what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms cover your use of the website and the practice service at interviewtraining.ai. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Comingwave trading as InterviewTraining.ai.

When you create an account or use the service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Who runs InterviewTraining.ai and who sells it

Comingwave provides the service and everything in it, including the questions, the interviewer videos and the feedback.

Red Migration FZC, a company in the United Arab Emirates, is the seller of record. This means Red Migration FZC sells the monthly plan and the top-ups, and processes your payment through Stripe. Your card statement will show the Red Migration FZC account name with "INTERVIEWTRAINING".

Who can use InterviewTraining.ai

You must be 16 or older to use the service. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian. That adult agrees to these terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts and security

You can create an account with an email address and a password, or with your Google account. These rules apply to every account:

  • One person, one account. Your account is for you only. Do not share your login with anyone else.
  • Correct details. Give us your real name and a working email address, and keep that email current. We send receipts and account messages there.
  • A private password. Keep your password secret, and do not use the same password on other websites.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, email support@interviewtraining.ai straight away.

3. What InterviewTraining.ai is

InterviewTraining.ai is online interview practice for tradespeople who want to work in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom or Canada. You watch a pre-recorded interviewer video ask a question, and then you answer out loud. Your browser turns your speech into text, and AI marks that text against a model answer. Some parts of the service use multiple-choice questions, which are marked right or wrong without AI.

The service is for practice only. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government, visa authority, skills-assessment body or employer. Our questions are written for practice. They are not official interview or assessment questions.

Scores are estimates. We do not promise or guarantee the result of any interview, job application, sponsorship, visa application or skills assessment.

4. Plans and questions

A "marked question" is one spoken or typed answer that our AI marks and scores. Your plan gives you a number of marked questions to use.

Monthly plan

  • Price: A$49.99 per month.
  • What you get: 300 marked questions each month.
  • Renewal: the plan renews every month until you cancel it.
  • No rollover: monthly questions you have not used by the end of a paid month do not carry over to the next month.

Top-ups

If you need more marked questions, you can buy a top-up:

  • 50 marked questions: A$19.99.
  • 100 marked questions: A$29.99.

A top-up is a one-off payment and does not renew. Top-up questions last 12 months from the day you buy them. After 12 months, any that are left expire.

How marked questions are counted

  • Only marked answers count. A question is used only when the AI marks your answer and gives it a score.
  • Nothing heard, nothing used. If the result is "We did not hear an answer", no question is used and you can try again.
  • Failed marking never counts. If the AI marking fails for any reason, no question is used. This happens automatically.
  • Multiple choice is not counted. Multiple-choice practice, such as the Picture Quiz, does not use marked questions.
  • No cash value. Marked questions cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account, except as our Refund Policy allows.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. If your card uses another currency, your bank may add its own conversion fee.

We may change our prices. A price change never affects a month you have already paid for, or a top-up you have already bought. We will email you a reminder before any price change applies to your monthly plan, so you can cancel first if you prefer.

5. Payments, cancelling and refunds

Red Migration FZC sells the monthly plan and the top-ups, and processes your payment through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details, so we never see or store your full card number.

Your marked questions are added to your account once Stripe confirms the payment. A receipt is emailed to the address on your account.

If paid plans are not yet open when you read this, no payment can be taken from you. This section applies from the day you first buy.

Monthly payments

The monthly plan is a subscription. Your card is charged A$49.99 when you start, and then once every month until you cancel. A top-up is charged once only.

Cancelling

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time on your account page. After you cancel, you are not charged again. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of your first monthly payment, or of a top-up, within 7 days of paying. To qualify, you must have used 10 or fewer of the marked questions from that purchase. When a payment is refunded, the unused marked questions from it are removed.

Later monthly renewals that have already been charged are not refunded, unless the Australian Consumer Law requires it. Our Refund Policy explains the details and how to ask.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms takes them away.

6. Agents and employers

Migration agents, employers and other organisations can arrange accounts, called seats, for their own candidates. Seats are supplied under a separate written agreement with us, which sets the price and the seat rules. These rules always apply:

  • Own candidates only. Seats are for the organisation's own candidates, with one person for each seat.
  • No reselling. Seats must not be resold or given away outside what we have agreed.
  • Tell your candidates. The organisation must tell each candidate what progress information it is able to see.
  • Same terms for everyone. Every candidate on a seat must still follow these terms.

To find out more, see For agents and employers or email support@interviewtraining.ai.

7. Acceptable use

We want the service to stay fair and useful for everyone. You must not:

  • Share your account. Do not let another person use your account or your login.
  • Copy or resell our content. Do not copy, record, download, publish, share or resell our questions, model answers, videos, audio or pictures, beyond your own personal practice.
  • Use bots or scrapers. Do not use automated tools to access the service or to collect its content.
  • Misuse the AI marking. Do not submit answers that are not your own, try to make the AI do anything other than mark an interview answer, or try to get marking without using marked questions.
  • Cheat with it. Do not use the service, or anything copied from it, to cheat in a real interview or assessment.
  • Submit harmful material. Do not submit anything unlawful, offensive, threatening or defamatory, or anything that infringes another person's rights.
  • Attack the service. Do not test, probe or break our security, or try to reach another person's account or data.

8. Intellectual property

Everything in the service belongs to Comingwave or to the people who license it to us. This includes the questions, scenarios, model answers, interviewer videos, audio, pictures, design, name, logo and software.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own interview practice while your account is open. A licence is permission to use something. It does not make you the owner, and you cannot pass it to anyone else.

You keep ownership of your own answers. You give us a licence to store, copy and process the text of your answers, including sending it for AI marking, so that we can provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we do this.

9. AI feedback

The scores and feedback on your spoken and typed answers are produced automatically by AI. AI can make mistakes, and speech-to-text can mishear what you said. Every score is an estimate only.

Treat the feedback as a study aid. It is not professional, migration or legal advice, and you should not rely on it alone for important decisions. A model answer shows one good way to answer. It does not replace the safety rules, laws and standards that apply where you work.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance or updates, or because of something outside our control. Spoken answers also depend on your own browser, microphone and internet connection.

We may change, add or remove features, questions and other content.

We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. If you have a monthly plan, cancel it first so that you are not charged again. To have your account deleted, email support@interviewtraining.ai.

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Liability

The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded. One example is that services must be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms changes those guarantees.

Where the law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet a guarantee, we limit it to supplying the services again, paying the cost of having them supplied again, or giving you a refund.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect loss. Indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or a lost opportunity.
  • Outcomes. Any loss connected with the result of an interview, a job application, a sponsorship, a visa application or a skills assessment.
  • Events outside our control. Things we cannot reasonably control, such as internet failures, problems with your device or browser, or outages at our providers.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and our Privacy Policy. The policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the rights you have. It also explains how the microphone and the optional camera are used.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree that the courts of New South Wales, and the courts that hear appeals from them, will decide any dispute about these terms.

15. Contact

If you have a question about these terms, email support@interviewtraining.ai. We are based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. You can also reach us through our contact page.

Practice only. Not migration or legal advice. Not affiliated with any government or employer.
